I Robert Burt Robertson Mariner being of sound mind but in bad health do hereby make this my last will and testament I give and bequeath the leasehold house No 12 Jane Street Commercial Road to my son Henry Stephen Robertson and No. 14 in the same Street to my son Robert George Robertson I give and bequeath the freehold house No 6 Park road New Wandsworth to my daughter Elizabeth Robertson.  My mother in law Jane Dixon with whom my children now reside to retain an interest in the above property until her death and afterwards to be apportioned as aforesaid the furniture and any other household goods I may die possessed of to be kept by the above Jane Dixon for her use and the after her death to become the property of my son Stephen Henry Robertson the gold chain which I repurchased from my brother in law George Dixon I give and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Robertson whom may God protect the sum of £84 thirty five pounds 10/- ten shillings which my brother in law George Dixon has of mine in his possession.  I leave to be used in the maintenance of my family Dated this fourteenth day of March eighteen hundred and eighty three - Robert Burt Robertson - Elizabeth Gates - Anne Weight Infant Orphan Orphan Asylum Wansted Affidavit of due execution filed.

On the 4th day of Sept 1883 Admon (with this Will annexed) of the effects of the Testator was granted to Jane Dixon Widow the Curatrix or Guardian of Henry Stephen Robertson and Robert George Robertson Minors and Elizabeth Robertson Spinster an Infant the natural and lawful children and only next to f kin of the said Testator.
